THE HANGMAN AT HOME

The Hangman At Home is a work of art in VR that explores themes of recognition and the uncomfortable intimacy of humanity. It unfolds through five intertwined stories. Each situation presents one or more people in a delicate moment of their life: fragile, playful, terrifying, contemplative, confused, curious...

Grand Prix of the Venice Biennale in 2020, The Hangman At Home was presented at the Phi Center in Montreal and at Le 104 in Paris.

Directed by: Michelle Kranot, Uri Kranot

Production: Floréal Films, Late Love Production, Miyu Productions and National Film Board of Canada

UNIVERSAL WAR ONE VR

Universal War One VR is a virtual reality device designed and produced by Studio Nyx. Integrated into the SF comic book exhibition " C'est Arrivé Demain" organized by Le Miroir de Poitiers, the VR work highlights the successful saga of artist Denis Bajram: Universal War One.

The VR experience is an adaptation of volume 1 of the comic strip: a squadron of ex-convicts is sent near Saturn to examine a mysterious cosmic structure called "the Wall".

The UW1 VR module of the exhibition was presented at the Chapelle Saint-Louis in Poitiers, at Les Utopiales festival in Nantes in 2018, at the media library in Bayeux, at the Rurart art center in Venours, and at the media library in Angouleme.

In partnership with Le Miroir (City of Poitiers) and Denis Bajram.

LIVEEXPO

In order to meet the growing need of cultural tourism organizations to be accessible and innovative in their mediation, Studio Nyx has created the LiveExpo application.

Already deployed at the Angoulême Museum, the application is a medium that enriches the visitor experience thanks to all types of content: audioguides, videos, photos of items that cannot be directly exposed to the public, etc. Museographers also have the option of adapting the application to their needs and modifying their content and virtual tours without calling on a developer.

Thanks to the use of digital media such as smartphones or tablets, Studio Nyx helps tourist organizations to highlight their cultural or heritage content, according to the target audiences or to their news.

This application is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems on smartphones and tablets.
